About

I lead product and design at Tarfin, an agri-fintech. I built the product function from a single PM and one designer into a team of five across our mobile and web products.

The platform started out specialized for agriculture and now serves agri retailers, used-car sellers, and regular shops too, plus the internal tools our own teams run on. Most of my job is keeping that coherent as we add new sides to it. A few highlights so far: we grew mobile attributed revenue several-fold, launched a fast-track flow that cut approval-to-payout to same day, and opened a small new revenue line that doesn't ride on the core business. More things are cooking.

I work close to the UX, which gets complicated with this many actors on the platform — my design background from SHERPA comes in handy there. I also work close to payments and pricing, and I'm comfortable in the numbers: my years in free-to-play games at Aeria and Netmarble taught me a lot about monetization, retention, and treating a product as a live revenue system.

Outside work, I run (slowly), play guitar and mess around with a Digitakt, and shoot a bit of analog film on a Contax TVS II.

I live in Ankara with my wife, our daughter, and our dog Kozmo.
